The SP-UVF Lab Ultrapure Water System is an advanced laboratory water purification solution designed for applications requiring both low TOC ultrapure water and biological contamination control. Combining dual wavelength UV oxidation technology (185 & 254 nm) with ultrafiltration (UF) technology, the system delivers ultrapure water with resistivity up to 18.2 MΩ·cm while effectively reducing TOC, endotoxins, RNase, DNase, protease, bacteria, and particles.
The integrated UV module reduces TOC levels to ≤2 ppb and inhibits bacterial growth, making the system suitable for high-precision analytical instruments such as HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, and ICP-MS. The ultrafiltration module with PES membrane and MWCO >5000D further removes pyrogens and biological contaminants, producing nuclease-free, proteinase-free, and endotoxin-free ultrapure water for sensitive life science applications.
Equipped with an intelligent LCD control system, the SP-UVF provides real-time monitoring of water quality, operating status, consumable life, and maintenance reminders. Dual water quality sensors continuously monitor both DI water and ultrapure water to ensure stable and reliable performance.
The high-capacity purification cartridges use a patented internal flow structure to improve ion exchange efficiency and reduce operating costs. With compact dimensions and user-friendly operation, the SP-UVF Lab Ultrapure Water System is ideal for research laboratories, pharmaceutical laboratories, biotechnology facilities, IVF centers, and molecular biology applications requiring the highest water purity standards.
