Product Description
The SD-20UT, SD-40UT and SD-60UT Laboratory Water Purification Systems are designed to provide reliable bacteria-free Type II pure water directly from municipal tap water for modern analytical, biological and research laboratories.
Combining Reverse Osmosis (RO), Deionization (DI), UV sterilization and terminal microfiltration technologies, the system consistently produces high-purity water with resistivity greater than 17.5 MΩ*cm while effectively controlling bacteria and particulate contamination. This makes it particularly suitable for laboratories where water quality can directly influence experimental accuracy and reproducibility.
The integrated 254nm UV sterilization module helps inhibit microbial growth within the purification process, while the terminal microfilter further reduces bacteria and particles at the point of use. Together, these technologies support demanding applications such as PCR preparation, cell culture, microbiological research and sensitive analytical testing.
An intelligent LCD control system continuously monitors operating status and water quality, providing users with real-time information and helping maintain consistent performance. The built-in pressure storage tank ensures stable water delivery while reducing the risk of external contamination.
Designed for ease of operation and long-term reliability, the SD-UT Series offers laboratories a cost-effective solution for producing high-quality pure water without requiring a separate pretreatment system under normal tap water conditions.
