Product Description
The SU-20/40/60UV Integrated Ultrapure Water System is designed to produce high-quality Type I ultrapure water directly from tap water, making it an ideal solution for modern analytical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and research laboratories.
Available in 20, 40, and 60 L/hour production capacities, the system delivers both RO purified water and 18.2 MΩ·cm ultrapure water from a single integrated platform.
A key advantage of this system is its advanced dual-wavelength UV oxidation module (185 nm and 254 nm). The 185 nm UV effectively reduces organic contaminants, achieving TOC levels as low as ≤2 ppb, while the 254 nm UV wavelength provides efficient microbial control and inhibits bacterial growth throughout the purification process.
The purification process combines high-performance pretreatment, a DuPont reverse osmosis membrane, large-capacity ion-exchange cartridges, UV oxidation technology, and terminal microfiltration. Together, these technologies ensure consistently high water quality while minimizing maintenance requirements and operating costs.
An intelligent LCD control platform continuously displays system status, water quality, consumable life, water production status, and maintenance alerts. Dual online conductivity/resistivity sensors monitor both RO water and ultrapure water in real time, helping laboratories maintain reliable performance and regulatory compliance.
