Product Description
The Q2048 is a non-refrigerated, large-capacity high-speed centrifuge with a 7-inch touchscreen. It provides a maximum speed of 21,000 rpm, a maximum RCF of 30,840 × g and a maximum capacity of 4 × 250 mL. Multiple rotors support microtubes, centrifuge tubes, bottles, microplates and PCR strips.
The Q2048 Large-Capacity High-Speed Centrifuge is designed for biological, medical, pharmaceutical and research laboratories. It combines high centrifugal force, flexible rotor options and touchscreen control for different sample-processing requirements.
The centrifuge reaches a maximum speed of 21,000 rpm and a maximum RCF of 30,840 × g. Its maximum capacity is 4 × 250 mL. Actual speed, centrifugal force and capacity depend on the installed rotor.
A 7-inch high-definition touchscreen displays operating parameters and running status. The system supports 99 user-defined programs, including 10 preset program combinations. Fifteen acceleration and deceleration levels allow users to adjust the operating profile for different samples.
Automatic rotor recognition helps match the permitted operating parameters to the installed rotor. The imbalance detection system automatically stops operation if excessive imbalance is detected. Timing begins after the centrifuge reaches the preset speed, improving process consistency.
The AC variable-frequency brushless motor provides maintenance-free operation. Safety functions include a dual-suction electronic door lock, overspeed protection, overtemperature protection, imbalance detection and automatic internal diagnostics.
