Product Description
The OS-Pro Series Digital Overhead Stirrer is designed for reliable mixing of low- to high-viscosity laboratory samples. Three models are available with maximum stirring capacities of 20, 40 and 70 L. The brushless DC motor automatically adjusts torque as sample viscosity changes, helping maintain the selected speed during operation.

The OS20-Pro, OS40-Pro and OS70-Pro digital overhead stirrers are developed for laboratory mixing, dissolution, dispersion and homogenization. Different models provide suitable combinations of capacity, speed and torque for samples ranging from low-viscosity liquids to more demanding high-viscosity materials.
The digital display allows the operator to monitor the actual stirring speed. When sample viscosity changes, the controller automatically adjusts motor torque to help maintain the selected speed. Smooth starting reduces the risk of sample splashing or overflowing, while the overload-protection system stops operation if an abnormal load is detected.
The self-locking chuck accepts stirring shafts from 0.5 to 10 mm in diameter. A protective silicone cover helps shield the chuck from corrosive vapors. Various stirring paddles are available for different containers, viscosities and mixing purposes.
Actual stirring capacity depends on sample viscosity, stirring-tool geometry, container size and operating speed. Select the model and paddle according to the specific application.
