Product Description
The TC1000-G-Pro is a 96-well gradient PCR thermal cycler designed for DNA amplification and PCR condition optimization. It features a 7-inch color touchscreen, 0-105°C block temperature range, 1-42°C adjustable gradient span and a maximum temperature change rate of 5°C/s. USB and WiFi communication, power-failure recovery and extensive program storage support routine molecular biology workflows.
The TC1000-G-Pro Gradient PCR Thermal Cycler provides accurate temperature control for routine PCR amplification and gradient-based protocol optimization.
Its 96-well aluminum block supports 96 × 0.2 mL PCR tubes, twelve 0.2 mL 8-tube strips or one 0.2 mL 96-well PCR plate. It is compatible with non-skirted, half-skirted and fully skirted PCR plates.
The sample block temperature range is 0-105°C, and the adjustable hot lid operates from 30 to 115°C. Temperature control accuracy is ±0.1°C, with uniformity of ±0.2°C at 55°C. The maximum temperature change rate is 5°C per second.
The gradient temperature setting range is 30-105°C, with an adjustable gradient span from 1 to 42°C. This allows users to test different annealing temperatures in one run and identify suitable PCR conditions.
A 7-inch LCD touchscreen with 1024 × 600 resolution provides a clear interface for program editing and real-time progress monitoring. Each program can contain up to 30 steps and 99 cycles. More than 20,000 programs can be stored using a USB flash drive.
The instrument supports standard PCR, Touchdown PCR and Long PCR programs. USB and WiFi communication enable data transfer and network connection. Automatic power-failure protection resumes unfinished cycles after power is restored.
The TC1000-G-Pro is a conventional gradient thermal cycler. It does not include real-time fluorescence detection and should not be classified as a qPCR system.
