Product Description
The TC2000-G1 is a 96-well gradient PCR thermal cycler designed for routine DNA amplification and PCR protocol optimization. It features a single 96-well module, 10.1-inch color touchscreen, 0-105°C block temperature range, 1-42°C gradient span and a maximum temperature change rate of 5°C/s. USB, WiFi and automatic power-failure recovery support convenient laboratory operation.
The TC2000-G1 Gradient PCR Thermal Cycler combines accurate temperature control with a large touchscreen and flexible program management.
Its single 96-well aluminum module supports 96 × 0.2 mL PCR tubes, twelve PCR 8-tube strips or one 0.2 mL 96-well PCR plate. It is compatible with non-skirted, half-skirted and fully skirted PCR plates.
The sample block temperature range is 0-105°C, while the hot lid temperature can be adjusted from 30 to 115°C. Temperature control accuracy is ±0.1°C, with uniformity of ±0.2°C at 55°C. The maximum temperature change rate is 5°C per second.
The gradient temperature setting range is 30-105°C, with an adjustable gradient span of 1-42°C. The gradient function can be turned off for standard PCR programs. This allows the same instrument to support routine amplification and annealing temperature optimization.
A 10.1-inch LCD touchscreen with 1280 × 800 resolution provides real-time program status and remaining-time information. Each program can contain up to 30 steps and 199 cycles. More than 20,000 programs can be stored using a USB flash drive.
The instrument supports USB and WiFi communication, Touchdown PCR, Long PCR and automatic recovery of unfinished cycles after a power failure. The pressure-adjustable hot lid accommodates PCR tubes and plates of different heights.
The TC2000-G1 is a conventional gradient PCR thermal cycler and does not provide real-time fluorescence detection.
