Product Description
The RE100-S is a digital rotary evaporator designed for laboratory evaporation, distillation, and sample concentration. It features manual lift adjustment, a 20-200 rpm speed range, and a 5 L water/oil heating bath with temperature settings from room temperature to 180°C.
The instrument supports evaporating flasks from 50 to 3000 mL. A 3 L flask requires the optional reinforced glass shaft.
The RE100-S combines adjustable rotation speed, controlled heating, and glass condensation equipment for routine solvent evaporation. LED displays allow users to check operating settings, while the manual lift and adjustable immersion angle help position the evaporating flask in the heating bath.
The independently controlled 5 L heating bath can also be used separately. PID temperature control provides an accuracy of ±1°C with water and ±3°C with oil. Clockwise and counterclockwise rotation with interval operation supports drying applications.
A double-spring PTFE sealing ring provides excellent sealing performance, and the flask ejection mechanism makes flask replacement easier. Safety features include dry-heating protection and overheating protection at 220°C.
The RE100-S can be combined with a suitable vacuum pump, vacuum controller, and cooling circulator to form a complete evaporation system. These accessories are selected separately according to the solvent and operating requirements.
