The RE500-E, RE1000-E, RE2000-E and RE5000-E series provides digital rotary evaporation for solvent removal, sample concentration and solvent recovery. Evaporating flask capacities from 5 L to 50 L support different batch sizes in laboratory and pilot-scale workflows.
An LCD interface displays operating parameters, while PID temperature control helps maintain the selected bath temperature. The motorized lift allows smooth adjustment of the heating bath position. A reciprocating rotation function supports the concentration of samples containing powders or solid particles.
The double-layer condenser combines a large condensation surface with an anti-backflow design. PTFE sealing rings provide heat and corrosion resistance. Continuous feeding and an automatic switching valve for collection allow material to be added and recovered while maintaining vacuum operation.
Safety functions include motor overcurrent protection, earth leakage protection, dry-heating protection and overheat protection. The insulated bath design helps reduce the temperature of the outer surface.
The catalog lists maximum evaporation rates of 2, 3.8, 5 and 11 L/h for the four models, respectively, using 75% alcohol. Actual performance depends on the solvent, vacuum level, bath temperature, cooling conditions and sample properties. Evaporating flask capacity represents nominal flask volume rather than recommended working fill volume.

Select the model and operating conditions according to batch size, solvent compatibility and process requirements. A suitable vacuum source and condenser cooling system are required for operation.
