Product Description
The RE200-Pro is a 20 L digital rotary evaporator designed for solvent evaporation, distillation, and concentration in pilot-scale and larger-volume applications. It features a 10-150 rpm speed range, motorized lift, LCD display, and a water/oil heating bath operating from room temperature to 180°C.
The system includes a 20 L evaporating flask, a 10 L receiving flask with drain valve, and a two-section vertical triple-coil condenser.
The RE200-Pro combines controlled heating and rotation with a large condensation surface for efficient solvent recovery. Its LCD display provides real-time monitoring of heating temperature, rotation speed, rotation direction, and process time.
The motorized lift offers a 180 mm stroke for precise positioning. Clockwise and counterclockwise rotation with interval operation supports concentration and drying applications. The heating bath utilizes PID temperature control with an accuracy of ±1°C for water and ±3°C for oil.
A two-section vertical triple-coil condenser provides 1.2 m² of cooling surface area. The switching valve allows collected liquid to be discharged without interrupting system vacuum or solvent distillation. A PTFE double sealing ring ensures heat and chemical resistance, while the flask connector supports convenient installation and removal.
Comprehensive safety features include motor overcurrent protection, earth-leakage protection, lifting overload protection, dry-heating protection, and overheating protection.
A suitable vacuum pump and cooling circulator can be selected separately according to solvent type, operating temperature, and processing requirements.
