The TC2000-G2 is a dual-module gradient PCR thermal cycler featuring two independent 48-well blocks. Each module operates autonomously, enabling simultaneous execution of two different PCR or gradient protocols. Equipped with a 10.1-inch color touchscreen, 0-105°C block temperature range, 1-25°C gradient span, 5°C/s maximum temperature change rate, and USB/WiFi connectivity.
Product Description
The TC2000-G2 Gradient PCR Thermal Cycler is engineered for laboratories requiring simultaneous execution of multiple PCR protocols. The instrument incorporates two independent 48-well aluminum modules, providing a total capacity of 96 * 0.2 mL PCR tubes or twelve PCR 8-tube strips.
Sample block temperature range spans 0-105°C, while the hot lid adjusts from 30 to 115°C. Temperature control maintains ±0.1°C accuracy with ±0.2°C uniformity at 55°C. Maximum temperature change rate reaches 5°C per second.
Gradient temperature settings range from 30-105°C with adjustable gradient spans from 1 to 25°C. The gradient function can be disabled for standard PCR amplification protocols.
A high-resolution 10.1-inch LCD touchscreen (1280 * 800) displays program status and remaining time. Each program supports up to 30 steps and 199 cycles, with storage capacity exceeding 20,000 programs via USB flash drive.
USB and WiFi communication facilitate data management and network connectivity. Automatic power-failure protection resumes interrupted cycles upon power restoration. The pressure-adjustable hot lid accommodates PCR tubes and strips of varying heights.
Note: The TC2000-G2 is a conventional gradient PCR thermal cycler and does not include real-time fluorescence detection capabilities.
