The DL-ZY series Wet Protein Transfer Tank is designed for fast and reliable transfer of proteins from polyacrylamide gels to PVDF or nitrocellulose membranes. It is suitable for Western blotting after SDS-PAGE or Native-PAGE separation.

Product Description
The DL-ZY series is a compact wet protein transfer system developed for Western blotting and routine protein research. It transfers separated proteins from polyacrylamide gels onto PVDF or nitrocellulose membranes for subsequent antibody detection and analysis.
The transparent polycarbonate tank is injection-molded for visibility, impact resistance and reliable leak protection. High-purity platinum electrodes provide stable electrical conductivity and resistance to corrosion. The short distance between the positive and negative electrodes helps create a strong electric field for efficient protein transfer.
The open gel-holder cassette makes it easier to assemble the gel, membrane, filter paper and sponge layers. A supplied bubble roller helps remove trapped air, improving contact between the gel and membrane. The cooling unit absorbs heat generated during transfer and helps maintain stable operating conditions.
The DL-ZY02 and DL-ZY03 can transfer two 83 * 73 mm mini gels simultaneously. The DL-ZY04 can transfer up to four mini gels and is suitable for laboratories requiring greater sample capacity. All three models provide an effective transfer area of 110 * 90 mm.
A compatible electrophoresis power supply is required. Transfer voltage, current and operating time should be selected according to the protein size, membrane type, buffer system and laboratory protocol.
