Product Description
The Feyond-F100 is a filter-based fluorescence microplate reader designed for sensitive fluorescence measurements in life science and pharmaceutical research. It supports 6- to 384-well microplates and uses a high-energy xenon lamp with PMT detection.
The instrument provides top-reading fluorescence detection with an excitation range of 200-1000 nm and an emission range of 270-850 nm. Three standard filter sets are included, and other wavelengths can be selected according to assay requirements.

The Feyond-F100 Fluorescence Microplate Reader is developed for laboratories requiring sensitive, flexible and high-throughput fluorescence detection.
Its optical system combines a xenon lamp, interchangeable filters and a photomultiplier tube. Filter-based wavelength selection provides high light transmission and effective blocking of unwanted wavelengths. The standard filter sets are EX485/EM530, EX523/EM564 and EX624/EM692. Other excitation and emission filters can be configured for specific fluorescent dyes.
The fluorescence detection limit can reach 1 pM under optimized conditions, with a linear dynamic range of six orders of magnitude. The instrument supports endpoint, kinetic and multi-point scanning measurements.
The well-scanning function can measure more than 700 points in each well using horizontal, vertical, cross, annular or full-well scanning patterns. This function is useful when cells or fluorescent signals are not evenly distributed across the well.
A 10-inch touchscreen and built-in software allow the instrument to operate independently without a computer. Users can create plate layouts, set measurement parameters, analyze results and save assay programs directly on the reader. PC software and FTP data transfer are also supported.
Optional single or dual automatic injectors enable reagent addition and immediate fluorescence measurement for fast kinetic reactions. The incubation system operates from room temperature plus 4°C to 45°C.
