Product Description
The FlexA-200 Series is a UV-Vis absorbance microplate reader featuring a monochromator-based optical system. It supports 96- and 384-well microplates and enables wavelength selection from 200 to 1000 nm in 1 nm increments without filter changes.
The instrument supports endpoint, kinetic, and full-spectrum scanning measurements. A xenon flash lamp, dual photodetectors, and automatic optical calibration ensure stable absorbance data. The 10-inch touchscreen and built-in software allow standalone operation without a computer.

The FlexA-200 and FlexA-200HT are monochromator-based absorbance microplate readers designed for flexible UV-Vis measurements in life science, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology research.
The xenon flash lamp and grating monochromator allow wavelength selection from 200 to 1000 nm in 1 nm increments without optical filter replacement. Full-spectrum scanning helps identify optimal measurement wavelengths for new assays.
The dual-beam optical system employs two silicon photodetectors: one for sample measurement and one as reference. Automatic system checks at startup ensure stable operation.
The instrument reads a 96-well plate in under 8 seconds in fast endpoint mode or under 28 seconds in accurate mode. The incubation system operates from room temperature plus 4°C to 45°C, with linear shaking at three adjustable speeds for mixing and temperature-controlled kinetic assays.
A 10-inch touchscreen and built-in Android software enable plate layout creation, standard curves, and measurement programming directly on the instrument. Results export in Excel, TXT, CSV, or PDF formats, with ReaderIt-II PC software and FTP data transfer support.
The FlexA-200HT includes an independent cuvette slot with 200-1000 nm wavelength range and temperature-controlled incubation, supporting endpoint, kinetic, spectral scanning, and standard-curve measurements.
An optional u-Nano ultra-micro plate is available for low-volume nucleic acid and protein quantification.
