Product Description
The AMR-100 Series is a filter-based absorbance microplate reader designed for ELISA and routine colorimetric assays using 96-well microplates. It provides a wavelength range of 340-750 nm and an absorbance range of 0-4.0 Abs.
An 8-position filter wheel is supplied with four standard filters at 405, 450, 492 and 630 nm. Other filter wavelengths can be selected according to assay requirements.
The 7-inch touchscreen and built-in software allow the reader to operate independently without a computer. A 96-well plate can be read in approximately 6 seconds in fast mode.
The AMR-100T adds temperature-controlled incubation from room temperature plus 4°C to 50°C.

The AMR-100 and AMR-100T are compact ELISA microplate readers developed for absorbance-based laboratory assays.
The optical system uses a 6 V, 10 W halogen lamp and an 8-position filter wheel. Four filters—405, 450, 492 and 630 nm—are supplied as standard. Additional wavelengths between 340 and 750 nm can be configured for different colorimetric assays.
The reader provides an absorbance range of 0-4.0 Abs with a resolution of 0.001 Abs. A complete 96-well plate can be measured in approximately 6 seconds in fast mode. Single- and dual-wavelength measurements are also supported.
A 7-inch color touchscreen provides visual plate layout, program setup and result display. Built-in software supports instrument control, standard curve analysis and data processing without requiring an external computer. ReaderIt-I PC software can also be used for additional data analysis and report generation.
Up to 1,000 measurement programs and results can be stored internally. Three USB ports support connection to a computer, printer or USB drive.
The AMR-100 is intended for routine room-temperature absorbance assays. The AMR-100T includes an incubation system operating from room temperature plus 4°C to 50°C, with temperature accuracy and uniformity of ±0.5°C at 37°C.
