Product Description
The Nano-300 is a full-spectrum microvolume UV-Vis spectrophotometer designed for rapid quantification of nucleic acids and proteins. It measures samples across a wavelength range of 200-800 nm using only 0.5-2.0 μL of sample.
Samples can be applied directly to the measurement pedestal without dilution or cuvettes. Results are displayed in less than 5 seconds. The integrated cuvette mode provides OD600 measurement for bacteria, microorganisms and other culture solutions.
A 7-inch touchscreen and built-in Android software allow the instrument to operate independently without a computer. Results can be exported through USB or printed using the built-in printer.
