Product Description
The LS-HV Series Pulse Vacuum Vertical Autoclave combines three-stage pulse vacuum air removal with automatic vacuum drying. Available in 50 L, 75 L and 100 L capacities, it is designed for loads requiring improved steam penetration and drying performance.

The LS-HV Series is a fully automatic vertical pulse vacuum autoclave with digital display and touch-key control. It dynamically displays temperature, pressure, time, vacuum level and cycle status during operation.
Water filling, pulse vacuum, heating, sterilization, drainage, steam exhaust and vacuum drying are controlled automatically. Three pulse-vacuum stages remove air from compatible porous and hollow loads, helping improve steam penetration.
The system includes four preset programs for instruments, dressings, rubber items and liquids, while users can also set customized cycle parameters. A 0.22 μm air filter filters incoming air after vacuum drying to help reduce secondary contamination. An independent steam generator is standard, and a printer is available as an option.
The LS-HV Series is suitable for steam sterilization of compatible items such as:
