Product Description
The LS-LD-FY Series is a program-controlled vertical counter-pressure autoclave designed for sterilization and rapid cooling. It offers two operating modes: boiling disinfection at temperatures up to 100°C and counter-pressure sterilization from 105°C to 134°C.
After sterilization, external water and compressed air are introduced into the chamber to maintain counter pressure while the load is rapidly cooled. This process can reduce the load temperature to approximately 30-40°C in about three minutes, helping protect compatible sealed or flexible packages from deformation or rupture caused by pressure changes.
The stainless steel construction provides durability and convenient cleaning. Safety functions include water-shortage protection, overtemperature protection, overload protection, a safety valve and an audible cycle-completion alarm.
An external water supply and compressed-air source are required. The air compressor, pressure regulator and oil-water separator are not included in the standard configuration unless ordered separately.
