Product Description
The YDB Series Microcomputer-Controlled Horizontal Autoclave is available in 150 L, 200 L and 280 L capacities. It uses gravity air displacement with automatic steam inlet and exhaust control. Adjustable sterilization and drying cycles, safety interlocks and a printer support routine sterilization and process documentation.

The YDB Series is a microcomputer-controlled horizontal pressure steam autoclave designed for clinics, laboratories and research facilities requiring large-capacity sterilization.
Its gravity displacement system removes cool air from the chamber, while the control system automatically adjusts steam inlet and exhaust according to the chamber temperature. Sterilization and drying times can be set independently up to 99 minutes.
The stainless steel chamber provides durability and convenient cleaning. Safety features include water-shortage, overtemperature and overpressure protection. The door cannot be opened while the chamber remains pressurized, and the cycle cannot start if the door is not properly closed. A printer records cycle information for routine documentation.
The YDB Series is suitable for sterilizing compatible, heat-resistant items such as:
