Product Description
The Class I Biological Safety Cabinet and Weighing Hood is engineered to contain dust, powders, and liquid aerosols during weighing and sample-handling procedures. It features inward airflow, H14 HEPA filtration, an LCD controller, and real-time temperature and humidity monitoring. Available in two widths: 900 mm and 1300 mm.
This versatile Class I biological safety cabinet also functions as a balance weighing hood for handling and weighing highly active powders, liquids, and powder-liquid mixtures.
Room air is drawn into the work zone to contain airborne particles and reduce operator and environmental exposure. Contaminated air passes through a pre-filter and H14 HEPA filter before discharge. The replaceable pre-filter extends the service life of the HEPA filter.
A specially designed rear airflow panel ensures stable airflow around the balance, minimizing interference with weighing results. When used as a weighing hood, the work surface can be removed to position the cabinet directly on a suitable weighing table.
The microprocessor controller with LCD display shows operating status, time, temperature, humidity, and filter-life information. Three transparent observation panels provide clear visibility from multiple angles. Standard features include power-failure memory, LED lighting, and temperature and humidity sensors.
The manufacturer specifies an OEB 5 containment grade. Actual containment performance should be confirmed according to tested configuration, installation conditions, and customer risk assessment. The product is CE certified.
