Product Description
The Double-Sided Vertical Laminar Flow Cabinet provides an ISO Class 5 clean working environment with access from both the front and rear sides. It features vertical unidirectional airflow, HEPA filtration, adjustable air velocity and an LCD microprocessor controller. Three cabinet widths are available for different laboratory layouts and workflows.
The Double-Sided Vertical Laminar Flow Cabinet directs HEPA-filtered air vertically across the work zone to help protect sensitive samples and products from airborne contamination.
Its front and rear sliding sashes allow operators to access the work area from both sides, making it suitable for pass-through workflows or shared laboratory operations. Both sashes are interlocked with the blower and UV lamp for safer operation.
The HEPA filter provides filtration efficiency greater than 99.995% at 0.3 μm, and the work zone meets ISO Class 5 cleanliness requirements. Airflow velocity is adjustable from 0.2 to 0.5 m/s.
The microprocessor controller with LCD display shows the operating status, time, temperature, filter life and UV lamp life. Additional features include power-failure memory, UV sterilization with a timing function, a washable pre-filter and a 304 stainless steel work surface.
Available models include LCB-V-Y1100D, LCB-V-Y1300D and LCB-V-Y1600D.
