Product Description
The Advanced Ductless Fume Hood with VOC Monitoring provides filtered laboratory containment without requiring an external exhaust duct. It features dual VOC probes, a filter-saturation alarm, automatic closed-loop airflow control and a 7-inch LCD touch screen. Multiple chemical and particulate filter options are available for different laboratory applications.
The Advanced Ductless Fume Hood draws contaminated air away from the operator and passes it through selected molecular or HEPA filters before returning filtered air to the laboratory.
Two VOC probes provide continuous monitoring: one monitors laboratory air quality, while the other monitors filter saturation. Audible alarms indicate filter saturation, excessive VOC concentration or fan-system failure, helping users plan filter replacement and respond to abnormal operating conditions.
The automatic closed-loop control system maintains the required airflow velocity within a range of 0.4-0.6 m/s. The 7-inch LCD touch screen displays system and environmental information, including temperature and humidity.
Available filter options include organic, inorganic, ammonia and formaldehyde molecular filters, as well as H14 HEPA filters. Filter selection must be based on the chemicals, concentrations and procedures used.
Available models include FMH-800YF(II), FMH-1000YF(II), FMH-1200YF(II) and FMH-1600YF(II).
