Product Description
The Ducted PP Chemical-Resistant Fume Hood is designed for laboratory procedures involving strong acids, alkalis and corrosive chemicals. It features an 8 mm polypropylene cabinet, adjustable airflow, an LCD microprocessor controller, a built-in PP centrifugal blower and an external exhaust duct. Four cabinet widths are available.
The Ducted PP Chemical-Resistant Fume Hood draws contaminated air through the front opening and discharges chemical fumes, vapors and aerosols through an external exhaust duct, helping reduce operator exposure during laboratory procedures.
The main body is made of 8 mm porcelain-white polypropylene, providing resistance to strong acids, alkalis and corrosion. The chemical-resistant phenolic resin work surface and adjustable 5 mm toughened-glass sash support routine corrosive chemical operations.
The microprocessor controller with LCD display shows the operating status of each function. Airflow velocity is adjustable from 0.3 to 0.8 m/s. A built-in PP centrifugal blower provides adjustable extraction; the FMH-YF1800DP is equipped with two blowers.
Standard accessories include a PP water sink, PP water and gas taps, waterproof sockets, remote-control valves and a 10 m exhaust duct. Available models include FMH-YF1000DP, FMH-YF1200DP, FMH-YF1500DP and FMH-YF1800DP, with external widths of 1047, 1247, 1547 and 1847 mm.
