Product Description
The Ducted PP Spray Fume Hood with Scrubber combines chemical containment with a double-channel spray-washing system. It features a corrosion-resistant polypropylene structure, automatic dosing, pH monitoring, adjustable airflow and a 4.3-inch LCD touch screen. Four external widths are available for different laboratory requirements.
The Ducted PP Spray Fume Hood with Scrubber draws harmful gases, acid mist, dust and vapors away from the operator and passes them through a double-channel washing system before discharge through an external exhaust duct.
The cabinet and work surface are made of polypropylene, providing resistance to strong acids, alkalis and corrosive chemicals. The double scrubber improves contact between the contaminated air and washing liquid, with a stated treatment efficiency of up to 90% under suitable operating conditions.
An automatic dosing system helps maintain the washing solution, while the pH display supports RS485 communication. The built-in water pump maintains stable pressure for the flushing system. A leakage alarm provides additional operating protection.
The 4.3-inch LCD touch screen controls and displays functions including the blower, LED lamps, water pump and airflow sensor. Airflow velocity is adjustable from 0.3 to 0.5 m/s. An external centrifugal blower and VAV control system are available as options.
Available models include FMH-YF900DP(S), FMH-YF1200DP(S), FMH-YF1500DP(S) and FMH-1800DP(S).
