Product Description
The D2012 Plus is a compact high-speed microcentrifuge designed for routine microtube processing. It provides a speed range of 500-15,000 rpm, a maximum RCF of 15,100 × g and a capacity of 12 × 0.2/0.5/1.5/2 mL tubes. Pulse operation and a short-time run function support quick sample centrifugation.
The D2012 Plus High-Speed Microcentrifuge is designed for molecular biology, biochemical, clinical and research laboratories. Its compact benchtop design is suitable for fast separation of micro-volume samples.
The centrifuge operates from 500 to 15,000 rpm with a speed accuracy of ±20 rpm. Its 12-place rotor accommodates 0.2, 0.5, 1.5 and 2 mL microtubes. Optional adapters are available for smaller tubes.
The LCD screen provides clear parameter monitoring. Users can switch between RPM and RCF values or use the pulse and short-time run functions for quick centrifugation. The run time can be set from 30 seconds to 99 minutes, with continuous operation also available.
A maintenance-free brushless DC motor supports smooth and quiet operation with a noise level of ≤54 dB. Safety functions include an automatic lid lock, overspeed detection, overtemperature detection and automatic internal diagnostics. The centrifuge is certified to CE, cTÜVus and FCC requirements.
