Product Description
The DG1616 is a large-capacity high-speed centrifuge designed for demanding laboratory separation. It provides a maximum speed of 16,000 rpm, a maximum RCF of 28,621 × g and a maximum capacity of 4 × 400 mL. Multiple rotors and adapters support different tubes, bottles, microplates and PCR strips.
The DG1616 Large-Capacity High-Speed Centrifuge is suitable for medical, biological, pharmaceutical and industrial laboratories. It combines high centrifugal force with flexible sample capacity for both routine processing and research applications.
The centrifuge operates from 300 to 16,000 rpm and reaches a maximum RCF of 28,621 × g. Its maximum capacity is 4 × 400 mL. Actual speed, RCF and capacity depend on the selected rotor.
The touchscreen interface provides clear operating information and convenient parameter setting. Users can store up to 100 programs and select from nine acceleration and nine deceleration levels. A soft-braking option supports gentle deceleration for samples that require stable layer separation.
Automatic rotor recognition helps match the permitted operating parameters to the installed rotor. The brushless DC motor supports stable, maintenance-free operation with a noise level below 70 dB.
Safety functions include a door interlock, overspeed protection, overtemperature protection, imbalance detection and automatic internal diagnostics.
