Product Description
The MS-H380-F Series is an LCD digital magnetic stirrer heating mantle for round-bottom flasks. It combines uniform heating up to 380°C, adjustable stirring from 100 to 1500 rpm, precise temperature monitoring, and a programmable timer. Five capacities are available from 100 mL to 2000 mL.
The MS-H380-F Digital Magnetic Stirrer Heating Mantle is designed for controlled heating and stirring of liquids in round-bottom flasks. Available capacities include 100 mL, 250 mL, 500 mL, 1000 mL, and 2000 mL.
The heating mantle uses fiberglass and aluminum silicate insulation to provide uniform heating, fast temperature response, and effective thermal insulation. Its brushless DC motor delivers stable, low-noise, and spark-free stirring from 100 to 1500 rpm.
The LCD displays temperature, stirring speed, and operating time. An external PT1000 sensor measures the liquid temperature with an accuracy of ±0.2°C. The timer can be set from 1 minute to 99 hours and 59 minutes. When the timer ends, heating stops while stirring continues to help protect the sample from residual heat.
Safety features include overtemperature protection, sensor-failure monitoring, short-circuit power cutoff, a safety lock, and a residual heat warning above 50°C. An RS232 interface supports connection to a computer for remote control and data communication.
