Product Description
The HP550-S LED Hotplate is a compact laboratory heating device designed for temperatures up to 550°C. It features a 184 × 184 mm glass-ceramic work plate, clear LED temperature display and compatibility with an external PT1000 sensor. Its chemical-resistant surface and straightforward operation make it suitable for routine laboratory heating.
The HP550-S provides reliable heating for laboratory vessels without magnetic stirring. Its 7-inch glass-ceramic work plate offers good chemical resistance, efficient heat transfer and easy cleaning.
The LED screen displays the actual temperature, while the control knob allows simple temperature adjustment. When connected to an optional PT1000 sensor, the instrument can monitor and control the sample temperature with an accuracy of ±0.2°C.
For operational safety, the hotplate has an independent safety circuit with a 580°C safety limit. A "HOT" warning flashes whenever the work plate temperature remains above 50°C, including after the unit has been switched off.
